Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Sauce Hockey League

Refund available up until event

Our House Girls Hockey Camp

Refunds are offered up until 24 hours before the day of camp.

Showdown in the Windy City

Refunds will be honored up until a week before tournament. If sick or something happens weekend of we can use for future tournaments.

Pro Hockey Skills & Game Day

If not able to make it after signing up, will be used as a credit for future Sauce Team Events

Holiday Sauce Tournament

Summer Sauce Cup Chicago

Full Refund offered untill 2 weeks prior to tournament date. Within that 2 weeks funds are stored as credit to be used at future tournaments, camps, game days & anything we host.

Windy City Rumble 2026

All refunds are accepted up until 30 days before tournament. After that your fee will be available for store credit that never expires,
